Good health refers to the mind and body's soundness state in which its tasks are carried out properly effectively. Health is described by World Organization as "a condition of complete physical, mental, social well-being". There a variety elements that influence developing nations like India, such poverty, food insecurity, pricing malnutrition, pollution deterioration environment, occupational reproductive issues, cost prices private care systems, public delivery so on. The mothers, new-borns, children currently prime agenda multilateral organizations, international cooperation agencies, governments around world. Children our future, maintaining their health, development, growth should be top priority for all nations. Malnutrition, infectious diseases, being born underweight, maternal or neonatal infant mortality, other factors make new-borns more susceptible. This paper looks at changes Mental Act 1987 new legislation 2017 treatment mentally ill person analyzes various provisions it from psycho-socio-legal perspective.
